Max Minihan

Max is an 11 year old grade 5 student at Riverside School. He has been involved in track and field since 2016. Max throws shot put. discus, hammer, and javelin. He is currently ranked number one in Atlantic Canada for shot put and discus for his age group.

Owen Minihan

Owen is a 13 year old, grade 7 student at Malcolm Munroe Middle School. He has been involved in track since 2015. Owen throws, discus, shot put, hammer, and javelin. Owen is currently ranked number one in Atlantic Canada for discus and shot put for his age group. He also holds the Cape Breton Victoria district record for discus.

Ella Bottomley

Ella is a thirteen year old grade eight student at Whitney Pier Memorial Middle School. She has been running since she could walk, participating in road races when she was as young as five years old. In 2017, she won the NSSAF provincial cross-country title, and in 2018, she took home the bronze medal. In June 2018, she won NSSAF provincial gold in the 1500 m and bronze in the 3000 m. She holds Regional records in both the 1500 m and the 3000 m.
